The plant for the automatic spraying consists in:
– Gun arranged for integration of existing production lines or to adapt robot. The gun is robust to withstand even heavy operations. The complete isolation of both electrodes makes impossible any contact in the gun body caused by dragging, abrasion of the wires or metal powders. All parts can be easily replaced in a few minutes by the operator.
A powerful DC motor provides high torque and a constant and safe feeding of the wires in a wide spraying range from 35 a 300 A.
According to user requests, the gun can be equipped with standard nozzles "open" or "closed". Wire diameters to be sprayed: 1,60 mm.

– The gun is connected to the generator by Set of cables and pipes from compounds: flexible cables, air-cooled (with the same air atomization), a cable for the power supply of the DC motor, a control cable, 2 insulating tubes with TEFLON core and relative to the gun connections. Standard length of cables and pipes: 3,5 m.
– Power wires from drums.
– 300A three-phase generator with rectifier Silicon and valve specifically designed for spraying Zn, To the, Cu and steel. On the console they are clearly visible the ammeter and the voltmeter; appropriate luminous switches indicate the proper functioning. The flow of air to the gun may be varied continuously by acting on the flow regulator thus determining the fineness of the coating. The current can be varied continuously from 35 a 300 A acting on the potentiometer. In case of overload or underload, the system shuts automatically and instantaneously. The generator is cooled internally by convection for protection against short circuits created by the metal powders. On the back of the generator is placed a compressed air filter to trap any oils or moisture.
