Guidelines for the wire spraying of Zn / Al 85/15

  1. Dealing with the steel surface solvents to eliminate fats, soluble salts, dirt etc varies. ;
  2. Sandblast grit angular 25μ- 75µ (SA3)to obtain the best angular profile: 50m-75m;
  3. There should be no moisture on steel and spraying the surfaces should not be performed when the steel and T < 3 ˚C (above the dew point)
  4. The spraying must be done within the 4 hours after blasting.
  5. Distance of 15-25cm gun
  6. Spray angle: 90°C-70°C
